1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, regardless of the customer’s location. You are not required to provide a reason for the return.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • The product must include the original packaging and all accessories (if applicable)
  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Mirea Co. is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

6. Exceptions

Mirea Co. reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy or shows signs of use, damage, or alteration not caused by us.
