4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs and import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Mirea Co. is not responsible for delays or fees caused by customs or local postal authorities.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if shipping to a certain location is not possible due to restrictions or logistical limitations. If your order cannot be shipped, you will be notified promptly and refunded in full.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
While we work closely with our carriers to ensure timely delivery, Mirea Co. is not liable for delays caused by shipping providers.
